Nope! This first chat is usually virtual or over the phone. It’s a chance for us to learn about your pup’s personality, quirks, and training goals. Your furry friend can join in if you’d like, but it’s not required.

If you decide we’re a good fit, we’ll create a personalized training plan tailored to your pup’s needs. From there, we can schedule sessions that work best for you.

Just bring your questions and be ready to tell us about your pup! Things like favorite treats, habits, and challenges help us recommend the best training path.
